just came back from Miami for this year’s Winter Music Conference - a convergence of electronic music lovers from label folk to artists to the fans that make it all possible. Was my first year there in the sun and sand and the word for the week : ridiculous (thanks Spinnerty).

Tasty spinach salad - for two
-fresh spinach leaves (2 handfulls)
-grape tomatoes (10-15)
-celery (2 sticks)
-rasberries (5 diced)
-chopped walnuts (a handful)
-artichokes quartered (one small jar)
MIX IT ALL UP!
with a tiny bit of butter and a pinch or brown sugar and cinnamon sautee the walnuts and artochokes in a small saucepan until golden brown and sprinkle on top of your salad.

Nextaid, one of my favortie non-profits utilizes music to expand awareness of the AIDS orphan pandemic in Africa. This year, they return to the annual Winter Music Conference in Miami to mobilize the electronic music community with a lineup of top tier musicians at “Beats Build Hope”.
